If bags or pieces are missing from your FLL kits:

• Call LEGO Customer Support on 1800 943 595** (24hrs Mon-Fri) OR go to https://www.lego.com/en-au/service and select 'Missing Bricks'.

• Please note, due to privacy reasons, LEGO Customer Service will not allow FIRST Australia to lodge requests on your behalf.

• You will need to advise the set number for the kit you are seeking a replacement for (see table below).

• Advise what piece or bag is missing and provide necessary details to get it shipped to you.

**In our experience, it is sometimes easier to call LEGO directly.

The 2025-26 UNEARTHED season kit numbers are as follows:

Now that the season kits have arrived in the FIRST Australia warehouse, your kits will be shipped as soon as possible after you have paid for your season registration on the FIRST Australia Dashboard. Our delivery partner is TNT and you will receive a consignment number to track your order when the shipment is lodged.

If you have already registered your teams and received your kits, you can order an additional season kit by generating a Purchase Order (PO). Unfortunately, you cannot order an FLL kit through the FIRST Australia Dashboard without registering an additional team.

A PO can be issued through your school or organisation's finance department and must include the following details:
