Participants will enjoy a guided tour of Macquarie University, visit Sydney’s world-renowned landmarks, and discover Indigenous stories that have shaped these stunning landscapes.

Overview
After a weekend of fun and competition at the 2025 Southern Cross Regional, take a moment to kick back and explore the sights of Sydney with your fellow teams!
Cost is $85 per person covering a guided tour in a coach between all destinations as well as morning tea and lunch. Tickets can be booked individually or in bulk.
Meeting and pick-up
Location: Departure from Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre
Time: 8:00 AM (sharp)
All participants must arrive on time for check-in and departure.
Look for event staff in branded attire for assistance.
A comfortable, air-conditioned coach will transport attendees to all destinations.
What to expect
Scenic wonders of the Blue Mountains
Echo Point, Katoomba
Witness the breathtaking Three Sisters rock formation and learn about the significance of the Blue Mountains to Indigenous cultures at Echo Point in Katoomba. Discover unique local flora and fauna, including eucalyptus forests and lyrebirds.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation for up to 7 days prior to the event.
50% refund for cancellations 3-6 days prior to the event.
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
